英國數位學習專家珍哈特（Jane Hart）女士，剛剛宣佈2010年的十大熱門網路工具的調查結果，佔得鰲頭的是Twitter，亞軍是YouTube，殿軍是Google Doc。珍哈特從2007年開始，就進行熱門工具的調查工作，以前是調查前十大熱門工具，從去年開始，就變成百大，主因是為著各種不同用途，人們需要越來越多的、不同的工具來協助，珍哈特這次是針對他的讀者發出邀請，請他們填寫問卷，結果有五百五十位人士參與，所以這個調查的結果，具有歐美地區與學習專業人士的特殊色彩。
